Sizes

All dimensions listed are trade sizes and are approximate. Due to the nature of the material and manufacturing process, floor mats may shrink slightly. A tolerance of ±3–5% is considered standard and accepted within industry norms.

All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight when necessary.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the items. Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped without signature requirement.
Free shipping promotions exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Additional fees may apply for special delivery instructions or remote areas.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or specifications. In the event of an error, customers will be contacted before processing the order.

Customer data such as name, address, email, and phone number is collected strictly for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute customer data to any third parties.

Our website is secured with SSL encryption to protect your data and payment information during checkout.

Product color images shown on the website are for reference only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and dye lot variations. While we strive for consistency, slight color differences may occur between production runs and cannot be guaranteed when purchasing items at different times.

• Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

• A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required before any return can be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging.

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

• Returns are not accepted for the following items:

  • Custom length rolls / cut sizes

  • Used or opened items

  • Discontinued or discounted products

  • Any made-to-order or consumable items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

Due to changes in raw material and logistics costs, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Purchase orders (POs) are accepted for approved accounts only. Please contact us for setup.
